Week 1: Hydrangea head from the garden.

Week 2: Bird prints this way and that – cold!

Week 3: Looking closely at tiny villi structure in nasal structure of sheep skull found on Long Mynd.

Week 4: Observing kale from the garden – mindfulness drawing practice connected to the breath in memory of Thich Nhat Hanh who died this week plus lino frottage on tissue and collage.

Week 5: Snowdrops out now in the garden. Lifted image transfer on gelli plate and frottaged tissue from lino print.

Week 6: Woodland walk at Attingham – snowdrops and funghi. Gelli plate photo lift print, acrylic paint and graphite crayon.

Week 7: Crocuses on Tettenhall Green mostly yellows and purples. Acrylic paint plus pencil crayon and watercolour.

Week 8: Camping in the van in the Forest of Dean at Whitemead Forest Park. Lots of walking in the trees. Watercolour, acrylic, Inktense block.

Week 9: Tree bark and lichen in Gloucestershire. Inktense block, acrylic, watercolour and used gold leaf for the first time!

Week 10: Looking at bamboo plants in my garden. Cold weather. They dance in the wind. Gelli plate print, ink and gold leaf.

Week 11: Goldfinches nesting in the garden and eating the Niger seeds. Acrylic paint, monoprint and pencil crayon, graphite.
